Yes! All VitalXCare devices are FDA and CE certified medical devices that meet strict regulatory standards. Our blood pressure monitor and infrared thermometer provide clinical-grade accuracy suitable for medical use.

Our wrist blood pressure monitor provides medical-grade accuracy within ±3 mmHg for blood pressure and ±5% for pulse rate. The device uses advanced oscillometric technology and has been validated according to international standards (ESH, AAMI).

Yes! The VitalXCare infrared thermometer is safe and suitable for all ages, from infants to elderly. Its non-contact design (measuring distance: 3-5 cm) makes it especially convenient for children and provides accurate readings in just 1 second with ±0.2°C precision.

VitalXCare devices come pre-calibrated from the factory and maintain accuracy for their lifetime under normal use. No user calibration is required. We recommend replacing batteries as needed and keeping devices clean according to the user manual.

Mobile App

The VitalXCare app is available for:

Syncing is automatic and simple:

The first time you use a device, you'll need to pair it (one-time setup guided by the app).

Yes! The VitalXCare app allows you to easily share your health data with healthcare providers. You can:

  • Generate PDF reports of your readings
  • Email reports directly to your doctor
  • Grant temporary access to healthcare providers
  • Export data in CSV format for medical records

All data sharing is GDPR compliant and requires your explicit consent.

Technical Support

Try these troubleshooting steps:

Firmware updates are delivered automatically through the VitalXCare app. When an update is available, you'll see a notification in the app. Simply follow the on-screen instructions—the update typically takes 2-3 minutes and requires your device to be fully charged or plugged in.

For accurate blood pressure readings:

  • Rest for 5 minutes before taking a measurement
  • Sit in a comfortable position with your wrist at heart level
  • Don't talk or move during measurement
  • Take readings at the same time each day
  • Avoid caffeine, exercise, or smoking 30 minutes before measuring
  • Ensure the cuff is properly positioned (follow the user manual)

If readings remain inconsistent, contact our support team or consult your doctor.

Blood Pressure Monitor: Wipe the cuff and device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or harsh chemicals. Allow to air dry completely.

Thermometer: Clean the sensor lens with a soft cloth dampened with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Never immerse in water. Store in the protective case when not in use.

Both devices should be kept away from extreme temperatures and humidity.

All VitalXCare devices come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues, contact our support team for warranty service or replacement.
